Buffalo Cauliflower Bites – a meatless version of buffalo wings!

This recipe is easy to make with our hot sauce and has great flavour.

Dairy free, vegetarian, vegan but meat lovers can enjoy it too!!

Ingredients:
1 head washed cauliflower (cut into bite size pieces)
1-2 tbsp oil (we used grapeseed oil), depending on the size of your head of cauliflower
1/3 – 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs (Throw in some Chimichurri Rub to make even more interesting!)
1/2 cup Baru Rubs & Sauces Hot Sauce, Original or Hot’R

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a large bowl, drizzle the oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat well.
Pour the breadcrumbs over and toss again to coat.
Place cauliflower onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread out into one layer.
Roast for 20 minutes or until cauliflower starts to get tender.
Take out of oven and pour back into the large bowl.
Pour Baru Hot Sauce over cauliflower and toss to coat. (Feel free to add a bit more breadcrumbs at this point as well)
Place back on baking sheet and roast for another 10-15 minutes or so until cauliflower starts to get crispy on the edges.
Take cauliflower out of oven.

Serve with your favourite dip or eat straight up!
We cut our fleurettes small. To make more “buffalo” like, cut larger pieces.
