Steak Chimichurri
- Select your preferred cut of meat
- Prep by using either Le Steak Rub or The Dry Rub before placing on the grill.
- Cook to desired “doneness”
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing on the diagonal or “family style”.
- Drizzle the Chimichurri over the steak.
- Serve immediately.
