Steak Chimichuri

Steak Chimichurri

  1. Select your preferred cut of meat
  2. Prep by using either Le Steak Rub or The Dry Rub before placing on the grill.
  3. Cook to desired “doneness”
  4. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing on the diagonal or “family style”.
  5. Drizzle the Chimichurri over the steak.
  6. Serve immediately.
